Q. How do I place an order?
A. Once you have picked the crystal shape and size you would like your photo to be cured into, click the “Add to cart” button and complete payment. Once you have completed the payment you will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours.
Q. How do I get my photo images to you?
A. After you have received you confirmation email us your photo as an attachment in a “JPEG” file format. We only acccept images and art work in “JPEG” file format only. Please include your name and contact information in the email.
Q. What if I do not have a digital photo?
A. You may mail us your hard copy photo to our location. We will scan your photo and return it to you with your finished crystal. If you have placed an order through our website, email us stating that you will be mailing your photo to us. Include your name and contact information so we may contact you once we have received your photo. Once your photo has been received your order will be processed and shipped to you within 3-5 business days.
Q. What should the image resolution be?
A. The image resolution should be 200 or 300 (dpi) for best results.
Q. Is there a specific photo size needed?
A. Yes. For digital photos, the file size should be 1-2 MB. For hard copy photos, 4x6, 5x7 and 8x10 photos work well. Your photos need to be at least as large (or larger) than the size of the crystal you have selected.
Q. Is there a specific area where the primary subject needs to be in the photo?
A. The primary subject in your photo that you want to be cured into the crystal should be centered in the photo. This will allow your image to fit correctly into the crystal shape you have selected.
Q. Can text be added on the photo?
A. Yes. Keep in mind, placement and amount of text to be added to the picture.
Q. Can there be just text or a logo cured into the crystal?
A. Yes. Just provide us with text or logo.
